Sintered diamonds

The "Diamass" range of sintered diamonds from Diaswiss has been expanded and revised in terms of the available choice and specification. A number of particularly powerful sintered diamonds with coarse and extra-coarse diamond grit have been added, along with new shapes. In conjunction with a high diamond concentration, which is progressively exposed during grinding, the specially developed metal bond results in significantly improved tool life and high cutting power. The use of sintered diamonds is recommended in particular for nonprecious metals (extracoarse to fine) and for ceramics (fine to superfine).

Diamass sintered diamonds are available with the following diamond grit:

SF	Superfine (yellow ring)	70 µm
F	Fine (red ring)	100 µm
G	Medium (blue ring)	165 µm
SG	Coarse (green ring)	200 µm
EG	Extra-coarse (black ring)	250 µm

Recommended speed
The best results with Diamass sintered diamonds are achieved at a speed between 15’ and 30.000 rpm.

ISO codification
The ISO codification consists of 15 digits in 5 groups:

807	104	112	543	045

				• Diameter: 045 for head diameter 4.5 mm
			• Diamond grit: 543 for extracoarse
		• Head shape: 112 for cylindrical shape
	• Shank and total length: 104 for handpiece
• Material of the working part: 807 for sintered diamond
